2. Precedence
Mandatory law prevails. For Venues, the Venue Agreement prevails over the common agreement and General Terms on matters specific to halls, restaurants, Venue confirmation and the fixed fee. For other Partners, the common agreement prevails. The Fees document prevails for calculation, currency, due date and recalculation; special policies prevail for their subject matter. The General Terms supplement special documents.
3. Versions, Publication and Acceptance
Applicable documents are available before acceptance. The system stores the pack version, version and exact copy of each document, date, signatory and technical evidence. Commercial terms, liability, personal data and other material changes are published as a new version and require explicit acceptance; continued use alone is not acceptance.
4. History and Languages
Earlier acceptances and copies remain archived and are not overwritten. Documents are published in Romanian, Russian and English; Romanian is official and prevails. Operator: EPETRECERE S.R.L., IDNO 1026023123354, legal@epetrecere.md.
