For artists and service providers — 5% of the value of a confirmed order obtained through ePetrecere.md. It applies only once a booking reaches the 'confirmed' status.
Nothing. Registration and standard publication of your profile are free (Tariffs §1). There are no Basic/Pro/Premium packages at this stage.
For artists and service providers: 5% of the value of a confirmed order obtained through the platform, including add-on services that form part of the order (Tariffs §2–§3).
The moment a booking reaches the 'Confirmed order' status (Tariffs §5). Payment is due within 10 calendar days of the invoice or notice (§7).
The venue fee is agreed separately, depending on the event type, and communicated before the obligation arises (Tariffs §4, Venue Agreement §13.2). There are no hidden fees.
Cancellation does not automatically cancel the fee, but it can be recalculated depending on who cancelled, why, and how far execution had progressed. If the event did not take place and keeping the fee would be unjustified, the amount is corrected (Tariffs §10).
No. Optional paid services — advertising, promotion, analytics — may appear in future, but they are never activated automatically (Tariffs §12).
