Fee on confirmed orders

For artists and service providers, 5% of the value of a confirmed order obtained through ePetrecere.md. It applies only once a booking reaches the 'confirmed' status.

Calculation base: the full order value, including add-on services that form part of it.

Payment term: 30 calendar days from final confirmation of the order.

Everything is visible in your account: the booking, value, rate, amount and payment status.

EPETRECERE S.R.L. is not a VAT payer. No VAT is added to the commission or fixed fee.

Venues and restaurants: fixed fees of EUR 50-200, based on event type and guest count. Other events: EUR 50, including events with more than 30 guests.

What does registration cost?

Standard registration and publication of a profile are free. Standard publication carries no subscription or activation fee.

How is the fee calculated?

For artists and service providers: 5% of the value of a confirmed order obtained through the platform, including add-on services that form part of the order (Tariffs §2–§3).

When does the payment obligation arise?

The service fee is payable within 30 calendar days from the date of final confirmation of the order on the Platform. For venues, this period starts only after the Client accepts the offer and the venue subsequently confirms the booking. The due date is calculated using the calendar date in the Republic of Moldova and displayed in the Account.

What do venues and restaurants pay?

Standard registration and publication are free. Fixed fees per confirmed booking: wedding, EUR 200; cumătrie or baptism, EUR 100 for up to 80 guests inclusive and EUR 150 for 81 or more; birthday, anniversary or children's birthday, EUR 50 for up to 40 guests inclusive, EUR 80 for 41-80 and EUR 100 for 81 or more; corporate event, EUR 100 for up to 80 guests inclusive, EUR 150 for 81-150 and EUR 200 for 151 or more. For a small banquet or other event, including a marriage proposal, wedding ceremony or concert, the fee is EUR 50 regardless of guest count, including more than 30. No additional percentage commission is charged to venues.

What happens if the event is cancelled?

Cancellation does not automatically cancel the fee, but it can be recalculated depending on who cancelled, why, and how far execution had progressed. If the event did not take place and keeping the fee would be unjustified, the amount is corrected (Tariffs §10).

Are there hidden costs?

There are no hidden fees or added VAT: EPETRECERE S.R.L. is not a VAT payer. Any additional paid service requires explicit acceptance.
