EPETRECERE REVIEW POLICY Version 1.0 Republic of Moldova Effective date: 20 July 2026 This document forms part of the EPETRECERE Legal Pack v2.2 and applies together with the other documents of that pack within the limits of its subject matter.
1. Purpose
The review system reflects genuine experiences, increases transparency and assists Clients. It shall not be used for pressure, manipulation or statements known to be false.
2. Who May Post
As a rule, a review becomes available following a genuine interaction through EPETRECERE and a Booking with the status „Completed”. The Platform may separately allow a confirmed cancellation or communication to be rated, distinctly from the quality of the Services performed.
3. Requirements
A review shall be based on personal experience, shall concern the relevant interaction, shall be made in good faith and shall not infringe the law or the rights of third parties.
4. Prohibited Content
Threats, insults, discrimination, unlawful content, third-party data used without lawful grounds, malicious links, spam and infringement of intellectual property are prohibited.
5. Manipulation
The following are prohibited: fictitious Bookings placed in order to generate reviews, self-rating, the use of connected accounts to influence the rating, the purchase or sale of reviews, rewards conditional upon a positive rating, and blackmail by means of negative reviews.
6. Moderation
EPETRECERE may verify the author's connection with the Booking, technical indicators and complaints, and may delay, request clarifications on, temporarily hide or remove a review where there are grounds to do so.
7. Provider Response
The Partner or the Venue may respond. The response shall be accurate, relevant and shall not disclose excessive personal data.
8. Challenging a Review
The affected User may challenge a review by stating a specific ground and may submit messages, documents, payment data or other evidence.
9. Negative Reviews
The negative character of a review, a decrease in the rating or the provider's disagreement do not constitute grounds for removal. Moderation distinguishes between a subjective opinion and a verifiable factual statement.
10. Rating
The rating may take into account the average, the number and the age of the reviews, their verified character and other objective indicators. Paid promotion does not alter the ratings given by Users.
11. Repeated Breaches
Repeated manipulation may lead to the removal of reviews, recalculation of the rating, restriction of functions, suspension of the profile or termination of the cooperation.
12. Retention and Official Requirements
EPETRECERE may retain the versions and the moderation history for security and litigation purposes and may comply with the legal requirements of the competent authorities.
