EPETRECERE MARKETPLACE RULES MARKETPLACE RULES Version 1.0 Republic of Moldova Effective date: 20 July 2026 This document forms part of the EPETRECERE Legal Pack v2.2 and applies together with the other documents of the pack, within the limits of its subject matter.
1. General Principles
Clients, Partners and Venues shall act in good faith, provide accurate information and comply with the confirmed terms. EPETRECERE provides the infrastructure and is not the provider of the principal service unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Creation of the Request
The Client creates the request by indicating the available parameters: type, date, locality, Venue, number of guests, categories, duration, preferences and budget, where the function is available.
3. Selection and Availability
The results may take into account the date, locality, category, parameters, calendar and other criteria. Position in the listing does not guarantee quality. Availability is definitively confirmed only upon confirmation of the Booking.
4. Multiple Requests
Where the function exists, the Client may request offers from several Partners in the same category. Receipt of a request does not constitute a reservation and does not guarantee the Booking.
5. A Single Confirmed Provider
Unless the category provides otherwise, an Event must not have more than one definitively confirmed Partner from the same category for the same time slot. Competing requests may be closed automatically.
6. Processing of the Request
The Partner or the Venue shall accept, refuse, request clarifications or submit the offer within a reasonable time. Repeated failure to respond may affect the quality indicators.
7. Price and Offer
The price, the price range, the “from” price or the individual offer shall be accurate. The essential commercial terms shall be clear before confirmation.
8. Contacts and Circumvention
Until the permitted stage, EPETRECERE may restrict direct contacts. It is prohibited to transfer the same transaction outside the Platform solely in order to conceal the Booking and to avoid the applicable remuneration.
9. Confirmation
The Booking is confirmed only after the action provided for in the interface has been carried out and the corresponding status has been assigned.
10. Advance Payment and Payments
Where EPETRECERE does not process the payment, the advance payment and the final payment shall be agreed between the Client and the provider. The payment shall not be regarded as protected by EPETRECERE in the absence of an express indication of a special mechanism.
11. Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation shall be recorded through the Platform. Repeated unjustified cancellations may affect the indicators and access. The essential terms of a confirmed Booking shall not be modified unilaterally without a legal ground or an agreement.
12. Obligations of the Client
Accurate data and no fictitious requests. Communication of any changes. Proper communication and performance of the payment obligations assumed. No manipulation of reviews.
13. Obligations of Providers
Up-to-date profile and calendar. Accurate description and complete essential information. Compliance with the confirmed terms and with the necessary authorisations. Compliance with the Quality Standards and with the law.
14. Reviews and Complaints
Reviews are governed by the Review Policy. Complaints may include messages, documents, photographs and other relevant data. EPETRECERE may apply measures in respect of the account, without substituting itself for the court or the competent authority.
15. Anti-Fraud and Measures
Fictitious reservations, false documents and the manipulation of commissions, accounts and ratings are prohibited. A warning, additional verification, removal of content, restriction of functions, suspension or termination of the collaboration may be applied, in proportion to the breach.
16. Urgent Measures
In the event of a reasonable risk of fraud, compromise of the account or damage, EPETRECERE may apply temporary restrictions until the verification is completed.
17. Amendment of the Rules
The Marketplace Rules may be updated in accordance with the General Terms and apply together with the special agreements and the other Legal Pack documents.
