EPETRECERE QUALITY STANDARDS Version 1.0 Republic of Moldova Effective date: 20 July 2026 This document forms part of the EPETRECERE Legal Pack v2.2 and applies together with the other documents of that pack within the limits of its subject matter.
1. Principle
Partners and Venues shall perform the Services professionally, in good faith, safely and in accordance with the confirmed conditions.
2. Profile
The profile shall be up to date and shall not mislead the Client. It is not permitted to use another person's identity, portfolio or brand, nor to state qualifications or authorisations that do not exist.
3. Photo and Video
The materials shall reasonably reflect the actual Services, team or Venue. Professional editing is permitted provided that it does not create a materially false representation.
4. Prices
Publicly displayed prices shall correspond to the actual offer or shall be clearly marked “from”. Known mandatory costs shall not be intentionally concealed.
5. Calendar and Response
The calendar shall be kept up to date and requests shall be examined within a reasonable time. The Platform may take into account response speed and repeated failure to respond.
6. Communication
Communication shall be professional; threats, discrimination, pressure, insults and intentional misleading are prohibited.
7. Confirmed Conditions
The date, the time, the place, the price, the duration, the content of the service and the other essential conditions shall be observed. Changes shall be agreed with the Client.
8. Punctuality and Replacement
The Partner shall be ready at the agreed time. Where a particular person has been selected, replacement without consent is permitted only in an extraordinary objective situation, with prompt notification.
9. Equipment
The equipment promised shall be in working order, suitable for the service and used safely.
10. Venues
The Venue shall correspond to the essential description as regards capacity, premises, equipment, parking, kitchen, service and other characteristics relevant to the Client's choice.
11. Safety and Authorisations
The provider is responsible for fire safety, sanitary, technical and other mandatory requirements, as well as for the necessary licences, authorisations, certificates and notifications.
12. Cleanliness
Venues shall maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness in the premises, the sanitary areas and the equipment used by guests.
13. Non-Discrimination
Unlawful refusal, or the application of disadvantageous conditions on grounds protected by law, is not permitted.
14. Confidentiality and Event Materials
The Client's data shall be used only for lawful purposes. Publication of photographs and video from a private event requires a legal basis; placing an order through EPETRECERE does not constitute automatic consent to publication.
15. Complaints and Indicators
The provider shall cooperate in the examination of complaints. EPETRECERE may take into account well-founded complaints, cancellations, delays, non-conformities, response speed, completed orders and the updating of the calendar.
16. Verified
The Verified status, if it is introduced, means only that the stated verification has been carried out and does not guarantee future quality.
17. Measures
A breach may lead to recommendations, a warning, limitation of functions, temporary suspension or termination of the cooperation. Where there is a risk to life, health or property, a temporary restriction may be applied immediately.
18. Updates
