EPETRECERE Platform Fees. Version 2.2, effective 11 September 2026. Republic of Moldova. Part of EPETRECERE Legal Pack 2.2. The Romanian text prevails in the event of a discrepancy between translations.
1. General Provisions
Standard registration and publication of a Partner or Venue profile are free. Standard publication carries no subscription or activation fee.
2. Partners
For artists and other service providers, excluding venues, the Platform fee is 5% of the final value of the confirmed order obtained through EPETRECERE.
3. Basis of Calculation
The value of the Booking is the total agreed value of the Partner's Services for the relevant request, including the additional services that form part of the Booking. The Partner shall correctly state the value used for the calculation.
4. Venues
Standard registration and publication are free. Fixed fees per confirmed booking: wedding, EUR 200; cumătrie or baptism, EUR 100 for up to 80 guests inclusive and EUR 150 for 81 or more; birthday, anniversary or children's birthday, EUR 50 for up to 40 guests inclusive, EUR 80 for 41-80 and EUR 100 for 81 or more; corporate event, EUR 100 for up to 80 guests inclusive, EUR 150 for 81-150 and EUR 200 for 151 or more. For a small banquet or other event, including a marriage proposal, wedding ceremony or concert, the fee is EUR 50 regardless of guest count, including more than 30. No additional percentage commission is charged to venues.
5. Accrual of the Obligation
For artists and other service providers, the fee becomes due when the Client accepts the offer through the Platform. For venues, this occurs only after the Client accepts and the venue subsequently confirms the booking. A request, a submitted offer or acceptance by the provider alone does not generate a fee.
6. Records
The personal Account may display the Booking ID, the date of confirmation, the value, the rate, the amount, the payment deadline, the status and the history of corrections.
7. Payment Deadline
The service fee is payable within 30 calendar days from the date of final confirmation of the order on the Platform. For venues, this period starts only after the Client accepts the offer and the venue subsequently confirms the booking. The due date is calculated using the calendar date in the Republic of Moldova and displayed in the Account.
8. Payment Methods
Payment may be made by bank transfer, card, payment provider or another lawful method actually implemented.
Fees expressed in EUR are invoiced and paid in MDL using the official EUR/MDL exchange rate published by the National Bank of Moldova for the invoice date. If the NBM does not publish a rate for that day, the most recent official rate published beforehand is used. The invoice states the EUR amount, exchange rate, rate date and resulting MDL amount.
9. Taxes
EPETRECERE S.R.L. is not registered as a VAT payer. VAT is not charged or added to the Platform fees stated in these Tariffs. Partners and Venues remain responsible for the tax obligations arising from their own services. Any subsequent change in tax status will be communicated and reflected in the applicable documents in accordance with the law.
10. Cancellation and Recalculation
Recalculation follows these predictable scenarios based on Platform status records and evidence:
a) The supplier or Venue cancels before performance: the Platform fee is 0 and amounts between Client and supplier are refunded under the accepted offer and law.
b) The Client cancels before performance or demonstrated non-recoverable cost: the Platform fee is 0.
c) The Client cancels after preparatory work or documented non-recoverable cost: the fee is calculated only on compensation that the supplier is legally and contractually entitled to retain.
d) The event took place or an EPETRECERE-sourced request was performed outside the Platform: the full fee remains due.
e) Force majeure or an agreed rescheduling: the obligation moves to the new date and is not duplicated; if finally cancelled, the evidenced scenario in a)-c) applies.
f) Dispute: the amount is provisionally marked disputed without penalties on the disputed portion pending human review. The parties may submit evidence within 10 business days and EPETRECERE provides a reasoned outcome. Mandatory law and consumer rights prevail.
11. Delay
In the event of delay, EPETRECERE may send notices, limit commercial functions, suspend new requests after reasonable prior information and recover the debt by lawful means. Penalties shall apply only if they are expressly agreed and permitted by law.
12. Additional Services
In the future, paid services may be introduced on an optional basis: advertising, promotion, analytics and marketing. Activation is not automatic.
13. Promotions and Individual Terms
EPETRECERE may run promotions and agree individual commercial terms, which apply only to the respective beneficiaries.
14. Amendment of the Tariffs
Fees are changed prospectively only and published as a new version. Material commercial changes require explicit electronic acceptance by the Partner or Venue and do not retroactively affect already confirmed Bookings. Continued use alone does not constitute acceptance.
